How it works

Settings is the secret sauce.

Tell it about your conditions, schedule, family, weight history, equipment, cycle. Every AI prompt across the app auto-injects that context, so suggestions name medications people in your situation actually take, surface labs to request at the next GP visit, and adapt to where you are in the cycle.

1. Fill Settings

Conditions, partner, schedule, equipment, cycle, income. Auto-saves locally as you type.

2. Bring an AI key

Gemini, Claude, OpenAI, or any OpenAI-compatible provider. Free Gemini tier covers a personal app.

3. Live the day

Now Bar suggests modes by clock. Today bar shows cross-domain stats. Day Optimiser turns input into a tickable plan.

4. Reflect weekly

Diary tab generates a markdown summary across anchors, counters, and entries. Paste into Notion or Google Docs.

Privacy

Local-first. Your data, your servers.

No login, no account, no analytics, no ads. Two modes - both keep you in control:

Default
Browser-local

Everything saves to your browser's localStorage on the device you are using. No server holds it. Free, instant, no setup.

Works on one device only. Clearing site data wipes it. Use Settings -> Backup to export a JSON copy as a safety net.

Optional
Cloud sync (your Cloudflare account)

Deploy a small Cloudflare Worker (10 min, free tier). Your data syncs to your own Cloudflare KV. Survives browser wipes, follows you across devices.

Still no server we control. The sync token is your identity - whoever holds it can read your blob.

The only outbound calls: your chosen AI provider when you click Ask on a prompt card, and (if enabled) your own Cloudflare Worker. Everything else is local.

This URL (me.luana.systems) is just where I run my own copy. The full source is on GitHub under MIT - fork it, deploy your own to Vercel or anywhere static, point your own domain at it, and your data stays in your hands. Every visitor here already has their own browser-local data; sharing the URL never shares anyone's data.

Connect to Vercel / Netlify / Cloudflare Pages / GitHub Pages - any static host works. Free tiers cover it forever.

3. Optional sync

If you want cross-device sync, deploy worker.js to your own Cloudflare account (free). Setup is in the README.
